training on computer science and/or other groups representing
significant expertise in the area of ICT.

It
is difficult to motivate qualified ICT staff (lectures
as well as staff from the computer centre) to continue
working for the university, because the private sector
does offer allowances to ICT experts to a level the university
cannot afford.
