University council is the maximum organ of government in our University under law 89 of Republic Constitution, Rector is the president and he is elected for the electoral assembly.

There are six  Faculties:

-           Faculty   of Technology of Construction (FTC)

-           Faculty of Technology of Industry (FTI)

-           Faculty of Chemical Engineering  (FIQ)

-           Faculty of Architecture  (F.Arq)

-           Faculty of System and science   (F.C.yS.)

-           Faculty of electronic, Electrical  and Computer Engineering (FEC)

There are some support areas such as:

• Fundation (services Units for External consultory it just begininig to work)
• Publish and divulgation.
• IES ( Self sustanaible programme for Engineering teaching totally  pay by students).
